Welcome to Music Connections Foundation! By enrolling in our programs, using our services, or interacting with our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of Services

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to use our services respectfully and appropriately, and in accordance with applicable laws and these terms.

2. Enrollment and Payments

  • Enrollment in classes and programs is subject to availability.
  • Fees, tuition, and payment terms will be communicated during the registration process and may vary depending on the program.
  • By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your information up to date.
  • Music Connections Foundation reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to programs, schedules, or pricing as needed.

3. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, including your phone number and email address, you agree to receive communications from Music Connections Foundation related to your interaction or interest in our programs and services.

These may include:

  • Service-related messages (e.g., schedule updates, reminders)
  • Administrative notifications
  • Promotional messages about programs, events, or opportunities.

You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails or by contacting us directly.

4. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the program or service.

In general:

  • Missed classes are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or refunded; however, we have an “open policy” for make-ups.
  • Requests for cancellations or enrollment changes should be submitted in advance through the designated Music Connections Foundation website page
  • Music Connections Foundation will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes when appropriate, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payments and Billing

  • Payment - registration fee and the first tuition payment - is due at the time of enrollment; subsequent tuition is charged at the start of each month according to the applicable billing schedule. 
  • If payment information is stored in your Parent Portal account, you authorize Music Connections Foundation to use that payment method to process applicable class fees.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your payment information accurate and up to date.
  • If payment details are not updated when required, declined payments, duplicate charges, or additional charges may occur in order to bring the account current.

Withdrawals and Registration Fees

  • If you wish to withdraw from a class or program, it is your responsibility to notify Music Connections Foundation by submitting the Change My Enrollment Form from our website before the last day of the month of your final class.
  • Failure to provide notice by the required deadline may result in charges for the following month.
  • If you withdraw and later return, a new registration fee may apply.
  • A registration fee may also apply if you do not indicate your intent to return from the spring term to the following school year / fall session by the announced deadline (summer camps excluded).

Weather and Unforeseen Closures

  • Music Connections Foundation may cancel classes due to weather or other circumstances outside of its control.
  • Decisions may take into consideration factors such as local school district closures, host building availability, and the condition or accessibility of parking lots, sidewalks, or entrances.
  • Occasional classes canceled due to “act of God” or similar closure will not be rescheduled.
  • Refunds for missed classes caused by these closures will not be provided.

Tuition Structure

  • For new enrollments and re-enrollments, a registration fee of $35 will be charged at the time of registration.
  • Tuition fees for new and currently enrolled families are generally charged during the first week of each month.
  • Studio enrollment is ongoing, and the total school year tuition fees are divided into equal monthly payments.  
  • Tuition will be prorated for a mid-month start. 
  • Months with fewer or additional class meetings, holiday breaks, or calendar variations do not change the monthly tuition amount due.
  • Summer enrollment sessions are handled independently from the school year

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information  
  • Keep your contact details up to date  
  • Treat staff, instructors, and other participants with respect  

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue access to our services in cases of inappropriate behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable and high-quality experience, Music Connections Foundation is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages  
  • Interruptions, delays, or changes in programs or services  
  • Errors or inaccuracies on the website 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is the property of Music Connections Foundation and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
