Request a change in your enrollment

In order to process a change of enrollment with MCF, please answer the questions below and submit the form. To avoid being charged any future month's tuition (cancel / pause instances), please submit this form by the last day of the final enrollment month.

Be aware that when pausing, your class spot cannot be held, but we will do our best to find a class for you when you return. In both cancel / pause situations, a registration fee ($35) will be charged upon return.

Should you receive an exit survey following your departure, please take a few minutes to complete it so that we can best serve you, our valued customer, in the future.
